Register for a free account, verify your email, and create your first message. Add a recipient, set an access password, and choose how often we should check in with you. That's it.

Yes. The free plan includes 1 message and 1 recipient, text only. If you need more recipients, file attachments, or scheduled messages, you can upgrade to Plus or Premium at any time.

We check in with you regularly via email. A simple click confirms you're here. If you stop responding after a grace period, your messages are delivered to the people you've chosen. You control the check-in frequency and grace period.

Scheduled messages are delivered on a specific date you choose, regardless of your activity. This is available on the Plus and Premium plans. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or any future moment that matters.

Yes. The free plan supports 1 recipient. Plus supports up to 3 recipients, and Premium gives you unlimited recipients. Each person gets only the messages meant for them.

Your messages are encrypted in your browser before they ever reach our servers. Only your recipients — with the access password you create — can read them. We can't see your content, and neither can anyone else. That's by design.

The access password cannot be recovered. This is intentional — it's what keeps your messages truly private. We recommend storing it in a safe place and sharing it with your recipient through a separate, secure channel.

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Your existing messages and recipients will be preserved.

In the unlikely event of service discontinuation, we would provide 90 days notice to all users, offer full data export tools, and notify all recipients with access information. Your encrypted data stays protected regardless — only those with the access password can read it.
